During this 1-hour guided walking tour you will admire the new Darsena of Milan and the Milanese Navigli district. I born and lived there the first will show you and explain the history behind the system of dams present on the Navigli and which in the past connected the city of Milan with Lake Como, Lake Maggiore and all of Europe.
You will also discover the Vicolo dei Lavandai, a hidden corner among the streets where in the past washerwomen stopped to wash clothes and the typical Milanese houses, known as “a ringhiera”.
